Aloo Capsicum Sabzi
Ingredients:
- Potatoes/Aloo: 4-5
- Capsicum: 2
- Green Chilies- 2
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Corriander Powder- 1/4 tsp
- Oil: 4-5 tsps
- Chilli Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Cumin: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
Method:
- Cut Potatoes and Capsicum into small cubes.
- In a kadai heat oil add in the cumin seeds let them splutter.
- Add the potatoes fry till golden brown, add in the capsicum cubes, green chillies and fry.
- Sprinkle garam masala, coriander powder, chillie powder and salt. Mix well.
- Serve Spicy Sabzi as a Side or with Steamed Rice.
